The Super Brand Mall was China's biggest
mall as of 2002 (given the country's rapid pace of development, I can
only assume another mall holds the title of China's biggest), with
several stories full of stores. In its basement was a Lotus -- a
hybrid of a supermarket and Target-type store. The outside of the mall: Inside: As with every other mall we saw, Super
Brand had Christmas trees and decorations everywhere. There were also some names we might not
have expected to see away from home.. ..as well as a few things we most
definitely would NOT have seen at home. And, of course, there were things we'd
rather have not seen anywhere. |
